  2. Wasteful for sure but battery elements will be endlessly recycled in the mid to high 90's% recovery range. Command economies are always horribly wasteful.

  3. Situation normal for China. Perhaps part of the reason Berkshire has been selling the stock for about a yr. (why don't u just buy TSLA Warren and Munger??)
