  1. As an American I find it sad and a little disgusting that so many are obese. I've never been fat but I've never much indulged in cheap fast food either, it doesn't make me feel good. More recently I've been turning my modest property into a so called "food forest", it's not only for healthy delicious organic nutrition but also a beautiful place to BE.
