@xCptLegendx Getting rid of jobs is the foundation of prosperity and there are millions of unfilled positions due to lack of qualified applicants. There's been a shortage of truck drivers for over a decade, good pay but most don't want the job.

@wesley00042 Training for driving a truck is a tiny investment in one's self, a couple months maybe? One skill doesn't preclude others, while earning a living one can advance their life in any number of ways including learning trade skills that are far harder to robotize than truck driving and significantly more lucrative/rewarding and in demand, or a college degree. Non-assembly line work of most any sort will not foreseeably be taken over by robots.
