  2. Not more disturbing than any other rough animal conflict, orcas, bears, big cats....whatever. It's just that the researchers develop a 'bond' w whatever animals they study, they name them and suffer for them, that'd be hard.

  9. It's been going on for many millions of yrs obviously. When any species grows to strain it's recourses, a true mark of success, it will clash with competing DNA and there is no habitat size that can't be exceeded.
