At this rate US BEV sales will be around 80% of new car sales by 2030, simply based on economics and customer choice, retarded mandates are nothing but Pol virtue signaling, irrelevant. Teslas are simply superior vehicles for vast majority of use cases, econobox BEVs are next. Trump will probably win and eliminate that nonsense. Plus the Big Three who lobbied for subsidies found out they can't produce competitive compelling BEVs and are changing their tune. The market will be dominated by Chinese brands and Tesla while legacy auto diminishes and fails completely in most cases. They dug their own grave. (I know most don't believe all that but you'll see)
