  8.  @Leo6933  Who mentioned race? It's a matter of consequences for crime or not, we've made shoplifting effectively legal here in much of Commifornia too with similar results. It's American Leftists who make everything about race, identity and other trivia, they are the only overt bigots today except for class bigotry which exists all over the map and is even worse.
