  1. It doesn't get hot there anyway. I struggle to keep half my place below 90 this time of yr, mid 80's feels great again, here in NorCali low inland. Excess comfort makes us weak. Over 110 is hot here.

  3.  @pogo9876  Ventilate at night, close up in the morning, that's what I do. I often work in direct sun over 110F dressed in heavy protective gear, many do, 94 is easy street at any humidity.

  5. The solution these insane governments are forcing is population reduction. Ppl moving out of NYC will reduce demand since no one is able to build anything.
