  1. I have a rule against girls with "rules". Always been a massive instant turn off, often it's probably her intention but not always. Either way I'm done considering her unless she flips that script as soon as she sees I don't care, which naturally happens sometimes.

  2. Putting "non-random" women on a pedestal is no better, as soon as you do that you are cheap and rightly so, that includes a great GF or wife.
