  2. Stay in shape. Never get out of shape in first place, not entirely reversible, loss of quality of life over time not replaceable. We all work to be more fit, mentally and physically, all the time from where ever we ARE.

  3.  @itzajdmting  A lot of truth to "The world is a mirror." One tends to receive what they project. Was he consistently trustworthy and a good friend? Did he use common discretion on who he surrounds self with?
