  6. He's built better than the rest really, just not as bulky as many. Technique crucial in some case too particularly how he launches barbell overhead, I've slow played and analyzed those moves, he straight-arms while using legs to initiate momentum, feet leaving the ground sometimes as he tosses it up, get's underneath using legs again and straight-arming it overhead. Most of equal strength couldn't get single hand overhead lk that bc it takes special practice. They'd be able to hold it there but not get it there.
