We all have free will if you don't want to exercise your free will there's nothing I can do about that. Yeah take a break from eating give your system a rest you know like every actual practicing Catholic does try fasting

@ForGeUT you can do it don't eat after dinner and delay your breakfast by a few minutes more and more till you don't breakfast until like 10:00 in the morning or something just keep expanding the time during which you eat nothing at all

Sometimes when you want to relax and pull in a long deep breath of fresh air it's nice not to have a cigarette attached to it

Jesus is the Healer of spiritual problems not taking medicines and chemicals to fix your brain chemistry.
