  12. It's a philosophy a way of thinking and a way of living that's different from anywhere else in the world. It's based on the Constitution and our founding fathers and judeo-christian values even Christianity which they say is the same as other religions but I believe is different because with Jesus Christ you forgive yourself you try not to do it again and you move on with a lot of other religions there's retaliation constant fighting Wars Bloodshed all that ridiculous destruction of infrastructure buildings monuments stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stuff😢 anyway it's a way of living our customs our history our traditions and so therefore other people if they like it here in our country can come here and assimilate take on the same traditions and customs as the original people did. So what I'm trying to say It's about a way of thinking. For example if your family lives on 3rd Avenue and your mom has a baby in the hospital it doesn't matter or if she has the baby in the car on the way or if she's on vacation and the baby comes earlier in another country the baby still belongs to your family and comes back to live on 3rd Avenue it's not about the soil the reason people started talking about that is because they started twisting around a clause in the Constitution that has to with slavery in situations like that where someone could be born a citizen here because I think slaves were called 3/5 of a citizen in the beginning or something they were only partial persons like unborn babies are called 0% persons they have no actual rights anyway I digress so at some point people twisted around the Constitution to include people who were born here and they could become citizens and then if they were citizens their families could more easily get green cards and all that other stuff started happening I hope that explains it and I'm sorry this is an entire encyclopedia that's the best I can explain it. Anyway so if somebody from China comes here and has a baby the baby's got to go back to China with the family unless they want to try to go through a normal path to become American citizens
