He's not rambling. he is he's putting it all out there. you really should be able to follow the storyline if you've written all these books . Lady it's not that complicated. when he drops part of a storyline weaving something in and then goes back and concludes a storyline he previously began . Over and over. IF you were listening his comment about being a dictator ON DAY ONE refers ONLY to the fact that on day one anything he hasn't remedied as president-elect he will put into motion to correct the emergencies that exist at that time.
