  5. This is hysterical. Conservative townships and cities cannot get away with any kind of curfew because it's always illegal. So when you're trying to prevent the continuance of car theft and so forth it's a no but liberal places after the whole freaking thing burns down yeah okay they can have a curfew every horse is out of the barn but they can have a curfew it's so freaking cray
