In any case if it's anything like the airline industry there are so few accidental gunshot deaths that it's very safe to be playing make-believe with weapons. I'm going out on a limb and call this one for not guilty because he did not have to retreat he was in his own garage and they were advancing so they could have busted his garage house door and come in even further so I guess he didn't really have to stay inside the house if I'm understanding the judge's instructions
