  4.  @Heseesyou  he saw both his parents every day of his life he went to school half the world does not have indoor plumbing. It doesn't look like they laid their hands on him in. anger. I don't know but he seems better adjusted to what the hell went down than a lot of people making comments about their own personal trauma. They made sure he showered every day and had a change of clothes. There's a lot of children living with their drug addict parent in the backseat of a car or in a tent on the sidewalk and they don't even make it to school. It certainly wasn't ideal but I think the people making comments are in worst psychological shape than the boy in the Box. He only had a chamber pot to use as a toilet but they made sure it was getting cleaned every day some children wet the bed and lay in their dirty sheets night after night.

  5.  @sjs-stev  they said it was easy to punch holes in the drywall if he really wanted to escape he certainly could have. Anybody could choke when they're by themselves I suppose. The future is ahead of him so at this point he is alive yes it was unfortunate but I'm moving on and I hope he does as well. He was given a shower everyday before-school supervised by his father

Because they always say no phones and I don't but there's always other people including the lawyer sitting there playing games on their phones it's so weird so maybe it is only mostly for families but I don't think I understand the distinction of reasoning for why they let it slide sometimes or with certain people
