  3. ​ @1988jpgirl I did not see it that way. He was supposedly going to make a land deal how can he say he didn't know how many acres it was when he knew it couldn't be subdivided. Why could it not be subdivided? Because most country properties have to be at least 10 acres and that one was fewer than five so no subdivision does smart aleck witness knew that so it was stupid. It all comes down to Chad needed money anywhere he could get it. Why cuz he didn't work and now his wife was going to be gone😂
