  2.  @candee2746  of course everyone deserves a defense. But in the spirit of the law defense is going to be a little bit different for an innocent person as opposed to a guilty person. But not in dick harpootlian world he just enjoys the game and winning that makes him a little slimy that's subjective and it's my two cents. Most prosecutors don't have any problem when they find out someone is innocent with yielding a bit to their defense attorney.

The one that Blanca testified to turning the collar down on that he was wearing that day? Why not just produce it?   8.  @candee2746  other of Alex friends and Associates had blood on the hemline of their pants and so forth. Alex testified that he took their pulse and so forth and yet no blood. According to several who testified he was clean there was no blood he was clean he was clean many witnesses said so. And why do you suppose that is? I think in this instance sled knew exactly what happened right from the jump off

  12. For Richard harpootlian it is definitely a game. that he enjoys as much as he did the first time he did it. He is into the letter of the law. He totally misses the point on the spirit of the law. he might have brought up mitigating circumstances but to act like Alexander Richard murdaw father of Pawpaw and neighbor of to ro was innocent is ridiculous.
