  1. Sharon that is the only way. You don't need to know what to filter for because everything is Left Behind and you only have your distilled water. Your minerals you get from your fruits vegetables and other Foods you don't need Rock dissolved rock that is as minerals in your water it only deposits and calcifies in your arteries as you age. I distill all my water for drinking and cooking in the city as well as in my Countryside property I distill all my well water
