  2. Throw your pumpkin seeds raw is fine or cooked doesn't matter in the Vitamix with some water and just add back to the soup plenty of zinc plus the fiber of course

  4.  @Kevin-qn2kw  I always use my pumpkin seeds my butternut squash seeds I put them in the Vitamix with water and blend them until smooth and just add them to the soup they contain tons of zinc plus the fiber

  8. I'm working my way through my butternut squashes as we speak so delicious and I use the seeds I blend them in the Vitamix with water and then add them to the soup
