Idk for sure but the car meet videos had lots of ppl standing in the roads and next to the freeway divider where he hits and a pedestrian should actually never be there I think. They were and he was 100% driving extremely wreckless . I just think they were spectators trying to get better view in a dangerous spot but the entire st was dangerous with them driving like that so it's the drivers fault
