The officer is at fault . He didn't give the suspect a chance to surrender, the suspect was NOT armed with a gun . He instantly shot him without demanding he surrender, that's an execution and he took a 14 year old girl with him. The LAPD says this is ok tho. 👍 Typical

@Brian-rj1un Lead officer is completely at fault.100% . Officer didn't see him holding a gun you didn't tell him to put hands up you didn't announce police presence you didn't do anything right. The LAPD would of course say this is ok. You thought he had a gun and you instantly shot him and you're responsible for where that bullet went. PERIOD

@soliz9256 I don't blame him for BRINGING a rifle while responding to a person with a gun. I blame him for what is obvious, both the killings, only the LAPD had guns. Even the suspect should have been given a chance to surrender. Terrible police work

@anthonyjoseph5513 that's not what the cash said also. He was suspected of having a gun , it wasn't an active shooter call anyway. Even in an active shooter call you have to see someone with a gun lol or atleast someone who won't comply.

The cop didn't tell him to surrender he LITERALLY instantly shot him and you're defending it!!! HE DIDN'T HAVE A GUN . @squadenjoyer I can see the suspect get executed instantly without warning. I can see the suspect not aiming anything at police. I can see the suspect with only a bike lock . I can see the giant red sign reading Dressing Room. I can see the gung ho Leo taking point with a rifle and not doing his job correctly and killing a 14 year old girl in the process. Bottom line is the suspect had no gun and wasn't told to surrender. The suspect didn't have time to react and was executed. I can see idiots defending the police and enabling a situation that a 14 old girl gets murdered by police incompetence. Anything else to add? No? Ok, back to throating that boot you go👋

@Frankbisbo also I'll add that the call wasn't an active shooter it was for someone who possible had a gun. If I call the police on you and say you have a gun do you think they should just execute you? No right. They shouldn't just run up on you and shoot right?

He was suspected of having a gun .Just because the call says so doesn't mean that's the reality of the situation. @Frankbisbo where did it say shots fired? Where? WHERE? IT LITERALLY SAID " SOME CALLERS REPORTED HE HAD A GUN". He didn't have a gun and wasn't ordered to comply he was instantly shot. If you see someone come around corner with a rifle aimed at you will you just stand there? The police gave zero orders didn't announce presence and you can even here all of them telling him to slow down. But no he runs in and just shoots the guy.
