@tannerbroyles I don't think you're paying attention to what I'm saying. The judge didn't allow evidence because he didn't understand pinch to zoom. If Kyle did what the prosecutor claimed he is the guilty one. The da entire case was that Kyle aimed at Zimiwisky prior to the attack. Idk what happened I wasn't there. However it makes sense to me that that is why the guy is screaming "no you shoot me ".

There's almost no chance Kyle was just minding his own business and was attacked I don't buy it for a second. Not . One. Second. You really think the vandalisers just asked someone with a gun to shoot him? Lol right. I saw k r beat a little girl senseless , then get jumped by car full of guys then next month he's armed in a conflict zone. He couldn't even buy that rifle. The fact that if he had numbchucks or a taser that night he would've been charged with possession of dangerous weapon but because he had a rifle for hunting purposes he's ok.... it's preposterous. The fact that the prosecutor couldn't even use the word victim or ALLEGED VICTIMS is preposterous. The fact that we couldn't look at all the evidence because judge boomer didn't understand how pinch to zoom works is preposterous. This case and court is ridiculous I respect the jury decision but I have no respect for that judge and how he runs his court room with multiple outbursts etc
