Ahmaud was trapped in the video between the black Chevy that just hit him and ran him off the road moments earlier and the white Ford with a man pointing a shotgun at him. He was being chased for 5 mins prior to the video of his shooting. He ran away from them for 5 mins and they chased him and finally "pinned him in" ( that's their words) between the two trucks. So because he was trapped he fought back . The McMichaels said we are going to blow your head off as they were chasing him. Would you be afraid? To do a citizen arrest you must literally witness a crime and immediately take action. You can NOT see the person weeks or days later and stop them. They also admit they wanted to stop him to have the police investigate their suspicion. You have to literally see a crime and then act. They never witness any crime , they literally relentlessly Chase him and when he refused to stop they pulled a gun on him. He had ever single right to fight back and they had no right to shoot or do anything they did ANYTHING. Personally imo it would be a travesty if they aren't found guilty

I watched a large portion of the trial and I'm quite certain they will be found guilty. The citizens arrest was illegal by definition

@Valicroix the law is that if you're involved in a crime and it results in someone dying everyone gets charged no matter how small a roll you've played. That's felony homicide if I'm not mistaken , you commit a felony that resulted in a homicide. Like the prosecutor says in court," everyone on the football team gets a super bowl ring even they guy on the bench" . The video we see is just the end of the conflict there was 5 minutes of him being chased and they all played a role. They even said we are going to blow your head off . Of course ahmaud had every right to fight back against that, two trucks one running you of the road. And one with confederate flag on the front pointing a shotgun at him.

@Valicroix personally I think they are all equally guilty. mainly because he drove into him with the Chevy and ran him off the road . Don't forget ahmaud was trapped or pinned between the Chevy and the Ford ( that's how they put it" pinned") once he was boxed in between a man with a shotgun aimed at him and a black Chevy that just hit him he fights back..... He was trapped so he fights back, goes for the shotgun after 5 mins of being chased because he was trapped

@NCAAhockeyplayer and Travis said he wanted to stop him to hold him for the police because of his suspicion. So yes Travis was attempting a citizen arrest illegally which is why the state wants felony homicide

@Valicroix the prosecutor proved the citizens arrest was illegal because 1. They didn't witness any crime 2. It happened weeks earlier that they suspected him off doing it. You can't citizen arrest ppl because of suspicion you must literally see a felony occur and act in that moment. You can't come see the person a week later and be like" stop for what you did last week" ,that's illegal also. They are screwed because he had the right to fight back , they didn't have the right to shoot once you commit the crime ( illegal citizens arrest). Justice is them all being found guilty imo

@bob89377 kr attacked a girl with his sister then was jumped by 5 guys and beat him until he was on ground. It's on video but you can't find it on YouTube. Couple months later he had a rifle illegally and was looking for a fight🤷

Then he bought a gun, but keep defending the little snot that you never met over a gun agenda. . I'll put it this way, if the kid had a taser or numbchucks he would be breaking the law but an AR is ok because it's for hunting guys. He can't buy it but it's ok to carry it around in a riot. @bob89377 The main problem I have is the prosecutors entire case was basically thrown out because the judge didn't understand how pinch to zoom works. The prosecutor alleged that Kyle aimed at Zimsky and THEN AFTER THAT Rose( sorry about name misspelled) charged him. I personally don't think Rose charged him for no reason and that it was because he aimed at Zimiwisky.

@bob89377 I didn't say the case was thrown out. I clearly said the state prosecutor entire case was that Kyle aims at someone which causes rose to intervene and say "shoot me" . You think Rose is just a lunatic that asked someone with ar to shoot him because he put out a fire or just randomly . I doubt that's reality , the state prosecutor had evidence but Because the judge only gave the state 20 min to find expert testimony for apple pinch to zoom the objection was allowed to stand and we couldn't zoom in on fbi aerial footage to determine if it's fact. You think that's normal? That zooming in alters images to make Kyle look guilty? Come on So again the entire point the state made was thrown out because the judge didn't understand pinch to zoom and allowed only 20 mins to find expert testimony. Again.... Allowed. Only. 20. Min. @bob89377 we could make speculations forever . I could be wrong but I have a feeling what the prosecutor claimed is more likely reality. It doesn't make sense to me that rose was just randomly asking to be shot but I don't put it past him also. It seems more logical that Kyle did something to get that response. I respect the jury decision and let's just leave it at that
