  9.  @Snoup.  with all due respect I don't believe you at all. For one your statement is a question which I find odd. The maximum possible punishment for this is up to two years in prison in a light-security camp. This is the maximum penalty that is rarely applied. Usually people find tricks how to avoid service without consequences if they do not want to go to the army.
