If you properly wear a mask it's proven effective and even just wearing a surgical mask can help both ways from preventing you spreading and getting it. Are you seriously calling me stupid and asking why someone who's tested positive should isolate ? There's actually nothing that says you are forced to quarantine but I'm certain some people can't be inconvenienced.

USA was only 25% vaccinated in April of 2021 4 months in. The reason there are about 20,000 extra casualties is because people remain unvaccinated, there has been no shutdowns and everything is back to normal schools are open etc. Almost the entire year of 2020 everything was shutdown ppl where more careful and wore masks more and Im sure you were complaining the whole way..
