Section 230 ( I think it is) protects craigslist Facebook etc from being sued for what a 3rd party does on their site. Basically. They were trying to end that law recently!!!!! when the right was complaining about getting cancelled remember? To answer your question no they can't sue Facebook but everyone using the forum and helping ppl get an abortion would probably be at risk under this nonsense.
