  3. Edgecomb pursued the victim and punched him in the face. Any reasonable person would confront their attacker. What the victim didn't expect was to be shot in the face. Edgecomb brought a gun to a fist fight.

  4. He'll get about 30 years. Add to that the bail jumping and gun charge and you're looking at a total of about 40 years.
