  7.  @jeffreydenecke3355  Stop fooling yourself. He had warrants out for armed assault. He ran from police because he didn't want to go to prison. He ended up 6 foot under. It would have been better if he had complied. Remember this saying. Comply and you won't die.

  13.  @BubbyBold  He was murdered, the officer made a mistake and discharged her gun instead of her taser. She won't get much time if the defence presents a compelling case that it was an honest mistake. Should she go scott free? No. I say she should get 5 years with a chance of probation after 3.

  14.  @danielahoti4109  LOL. Murders don't happen almost everyday. Rather African American men think it's okay to run from the law and commit felonies. People need to take responsibility for their actions. If Duante had complied, would we be having this discussion? No. He was a criminal and thought that if he ran from police, they'd let him go. What a fool he was, they would have come after him and added fleeing to his rap sheet.
