  1. Going by her 911 call, the lack of emotion in her voice shows that she was callous to her boyfriend's death. She can't be held guiltless.

  2. Were there any signs of evidence that she performed CPR on her boyfriend? That should be investigated. If not her story falls apart and she's convicted.
