  1. Don't forget he sucker punched the attorney and then ran away too. He wasn't distancing himself, but fleeing after assaulting a person in a car.

  2. He said what the heck when his wife swerved to miss Edgecomb. Edgecomb then pursued their car and punched the husband in the face. He's been found guilty and will spend a long time in prison.

  6. The only person that claimed he was hit by the car was Edgecomb. There was no video, nor eye witness testimony to that incident. It seems that Edgecomb was lying all this time. This was proven by his guilty verdict. He'll be doing about 40 years in jail.

  8.  @averagejoe112  Kyle was never the aggressor. When confronted for his anti social behaviour, Edgecomb chose to take out a gun and shoot Jason Cleerman in the face. That is not retreating. He waited for him at the stairs and murdered him in cold blood.

This coward, after killing Mr. Cleerman went on the run, changed his appearance, lied to law enforcement. If you believe that he was ever going to hand himself into police, I've got a bridge to sell you.

  11. He wanted to confront his attacker who sucker punched him. Any reasonable person would do this. They don't expect to be shot in the face.
