It's more likely that Mr. Floyd died of a combination of factors i.e. an enlarged heart, heart disease, lethal levels of fentanyl, meth and physical exertion.

It was a combination of factors that killed Floyd, asphyxiation was not one of them. He was forced to change his findings to fit the narrative.

Secondly the doctor doesn't know what was going on in Floyd's body. His views are just opinions and there are differing views within the medical field.
