  1. Even if he got into the suitcase willingly, she was the one that zipped him up from the outside. She was the only way for him to exit the suitcase and she kept him in there willingly and taunted him even when he stated that he couldn't breathe. Prosecution should seek a 2nd degree murder conviction.
