  1. Can someone please clarify if it was one juror or three jurors that were against giving him the death penalty.

  2. It wasn't the whole jury that voted for life, it was one or three members of the jury panel that voted against death so life without parole was the sentence. I think it unfair to those 9 members of the jury to demonize them as it was 1 or 3 members that held out. It was a hard no and there was no point deliberating any longer.
