  17.  @AliceA333  Agreed Kyle had no recourse. If you look at the video, Theodore had other options open to him. He could have kept riding but he chose to confront and shoot the husband. If he gets off on the murder conviction, they can convict him on the gun violation and then he's looking at 30 years in jail.

Perhaps they wanted his details to give to the police. Perhaps the man wanted to punch him back. Unless the husband took out his knife, Edgecomb has no case for self defence.
