  2. She doesn't need to be sorry since the shooting was justified. Duante's actions superseded those of officer Potter's and therefore since Duante caused his own death, she is not liable.

  4.  @melissakolden715  Did not you hear the testimony from officers and the defence use of force expert that the shooting was justified. The car was not moving at the time the shot was fired.
