  1. Well in this case Chauvin is 140 pounds and Floyd was 220 pounds. Do you think Chauvin's knee would impact Floyd's neck/shoulder?

  2. A neck restraint does not result in death. Now if the knee was on his shoulder then there was nothing restricting Floyd's breathing. So what impeded Floyd's breathing? I suggest it was the combination of meth and fentanyl in Floyd's system.

  3.  @r.j.8736  I agree that Chauvin moved his knee a fraction so the EMT could take Floyd's pulse. Also note that there was no bruising on Floyd's neck so this brings into question whether a knee to the back of the neck caused Floyd's death. The defence will show that there were lethal levels of fentanyl and meth in Floyd's system and this is what killed him.

  4. It wouldn't have mattered if Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's neck for 15 mins. You don't die from a neck restraint. As seen in the video most of Chauvin's weight was on the ground as his feet were touching the ground.
