This was not a spur of the moment shooting. This was planned and after his death, she stole his car. She also bragged about it on Facebook. This is not consistent with mental anguish. She didn't go to his house to confront him and things went sour from there. She planned his murder and theft of his car. I think she may face premeditated murder as her actions are not those of a victim.
