  2. Why is he charged with murder if she was pinned under the car? He couldn't do anything to help her so in his mind he went to find help. I think the state may have overcharged him.

  3.  @daisylavender5275 Well he had glass in his head so the question is was he impaired from knowing the severity of the accident ? Perhaps he was in a daze and really didn't know what was happening. There are many questions unanswered. I think the state may have overcharged him. I think manslaughter would have sufficed.
