I heard it too and Floyd says "Ahhh, I ate too many drugs, please". At 5:29 you can also hear Floyd say "I'm dead". We know that no one dies from a neck restraint so the only logical explanation is that Floyd died from a fentanyl and meth overdose which his toxicology results show. Also note that they found no bruising on Floyd's neck. This was a huge win for the defence.
