To compare this to the Zimmerman case is like comparing apples to oranges. In the Zimmerman case, they were struggling over the gun. Martin was the aggressor not Zimmerman.

@eh6138 Well given the fact that he trespassed on the property no less than five times gives a reasonable person the right to assume he was a thief. Remember Ahmaud only died when he was shot in self defence. Never go for someone's gun.

@eh6138 If you read the law, all the three men needed to conduct a citizen's arrest was reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion. This they had in buckets.

@eh6138 Incorrect. We don't know if he stole anything because the camera was not placed where Mr. English's stuff was located. Therefore it is a possibility that Ahmaud stole the stuff. Mr. English stated that he didn't know who took the stuff nor at which property it was stolen from. As I said it is probable, given the evidence against him that he was the one that stole Mr. English's stuff. Mr. Arbery was a thief as shopkeepers in the area labeled him The Jogger. Why? Because he used to enter into stores and run out with stolen goods. So I'm 99% sure Ahmaud stole Mr. English's stuff. Stop defending common criminals.

@eh6138 No you are wrong. Ahmaud was a thief and nicknamed The Jogger. He even tried stealing a TV but was arrested in doing so. At the time of his death he was on probation for two crimes. This is the reason he didn't want to stop and talk to the McMichaels.

@eh6138 The fact is Ahmaud was a thief and that adds to the reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion needed to conduct a Citizen's Arrest. We can see that the judge had a bias against the three men. What they did was within the law and Ahmaud only died when he was shot in self defence.
