@bluezone8714 The only reason it was 10-2 in favour of acquittal is because the state sought the death penalty. With the death penalty off the table in this trial, the jury were able to render a verdict of guilty on all counts.

@bluezone8714 True. I also think they didn't understand what circumstantial evidence is and that it carries the same weight as direct evidence.

Murdered 2 men and attempted to murder 4 others. He will now die in prison.

@geno5360 Another reason for a hung jury in the first trial was because the state was seeking the death penalty. This time they are not so Michael will die in prison.

@5830danny The evidence was overwhelming. Where is his glock? Did he report it missing? Why did he ask the police to get a search warrant to secure it? And even when they did, it was no where to be found. Why? Because it was the murder weapon that belonged to him. The jury got it right. He won't get a retrial and he will die in jail.
