Both Chauvin and this police officer are innocent. They are sentenced to appease BLM and Antifa.

@TheXmeimei Chauvin is innocent. You don't die from a neck restraint. Further Chauvin was never given a fair trial but received a trial by media.
6
She raised a criminal and can only see him in a positive light. She lives in denial thinking her son was a good person.
4
@AltaAnastazYah Don't be silly. Did you read the facts of the case? He stole a car and then proceeded to run away from police while armed. He then turned towards the officer with a gun in his hand. The shooting was 100% justified. Don't make a martyr out of a common criminal.
4
No conspiracy here. He shot a criminal.
3
I would have rather seen him fight the charge seeing that he is innocent. These sentences have nothing to do with justice, but rather appeasing BLM and Antifa so they don't burn down the cities.
3
The officer should never have been charged to begin with.
3
The officer is innocent. He took a plea because he didn't want to be another innocent officer in prison.
3
Release the officer immediately. He is innocent. The system now defends the criminals rather than officers doing their jobs.
2
@Melthornal No. LOL. You are a defender of criminals.
2
@Jake-vc1ry Should have got time served.
2
If the mother raised a criminal, you don't feel too much sympathy that he ended up dead. No one should die but he made wrong choices in life and it cost him in the end.
2
tabby cat Obviously a very civil family and the mother conducted herself with grace and beauty. ;)
2
@mtio2807 Because the criminal was running away with gun in hand. He turned towards the officer with the gun in hand. The officer was justified to shoot.
2
There was no murder. The officer shot a criminal. Don't make him a martyr. He played stupid games and won a stupid prize. If he only had complied, he would not have died.
2
@julielevinge266 What justice did she expect when she raised a criminal? The officer should never have been charged to begin with. It's sad to see a loss of life but if he didn't choose the criminal life, he'd be alive. The mother and family are living in denial.
1
@Melthornal LOl. You're deluded. You're the one defending the criminal. If he had just complied, he would not have died. Every African American mother should be singing that to their children tell they are weaned so it becomes a learned behaviour from a very young age.
1
@Melthornal He plead guilty cause he didn't want to take his chance with a jury.
1
@Melthornal The only silly one is you. It's time for you to seek out the truth rather than defending common criminals.
1
@Melthornal LOL. The criminal is six foot under. This is what happens when you make poor choices in your life. If he had kept clean, none of this would have happened.
1
@bunnyfish714 Ok ignorant one and defender of criminals.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He should never have been convicted. It was a good kill 100% justified. This is why the police chief stated he did nothing wrong.
1
@bartholomewesperanza3442 If you're implying that I'm a nationalist and a socialist then I'm guilty. I love my country and try and do good to my society. So yes I own it. :)
1
@aliciahanna5088 All lives matter but Daniel made poor decisions in his life.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He was a threat to the officer and community. It was a justified shooting.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Yes but Daniel didn't want to go to jail instead he fled with a gun and now he's under the jail.
1
@aliciahanna5088 It wouldn't matter if he fired the gun. The fact that he brandished a weapon in his hand is justification for police to use deadly force. Remember these words: Comply and you will not die.
1
@aliciahanna5088 If you watched the video, you'll notice that they are putting all their weight on each other's necks and yet could breathe. This restraint is used the world over. Floyd died due to a heart attack brought on by a drug overdose. Floyd was a drug addict who resisted arrest. In the case of the shooting, Daniel didn't need to die if he only complied. What is so hard about obeying commands from law enforcement. He ran away because he didn't want to go to prison and look at the outcome. Same thing happened with Duante Wright.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He had a gun in his hand and posed a threat to the officer and community. Further he was given commands multiple times to drop the gun and didn't comply. Remember this golden rule: Comply and you will not die.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Yes he could breathe and it would not have mattered if Chauvin was on his back/neck for 15 mins, your neck doesn't crumple after a while. Test this at home.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He was already guilty when he stole the car, ran from police when an unregistered firearm in hand. He didn't want to go to jail like Rayshard Brooks and was shot. End of case.
1
@aliciahanna5088 The ME testified that the knee would not have restricted his airway.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He resisted arrest, was high on drugs and died of a heart attack. No need to blame the officers. As one officer said: Don't do drugs kids.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Chauvin didn't take his life, Floyd killed himself because he ate too many drugs.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Stop defending criminals.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Stop with the lies. It was a justified killing.
1
@aliciahanna5088 I know you're deceived and will never admit to the truth. You probably think that Rayshard Brooks was a good upstanding citizen that didn't deserve to die.
1
@aliciahanna5088 When the felon has fired a taser at you, then you have the right to draw your weapon and neutralize the threat. This happened in both shootings.
1
@aliciahanna5088 No need for what ifs. He was on duty and the suspect ran away armed.
1
@aliciahanna5088 The judge did decide his fate and gave him a token 3 year sentence to appease BLM.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Because Fentanyl Floyd died of a heart attack and the criminal died because he ran from police. Both made poor choices in life and paid in the worst way possible.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Yes.
1
@aliciahanna5088 George Floyd? Yes I watched the trial. The whole narrative was a lie. Chauvin is innocent of all charges.
1
@aliciahanna5088 He had a gun, he was a felon and now he's dead. It was a justified shooting.
1
@aliciahanna5088 All officers are innocent. Watch the video I sent you.
1
@aliciahanna5088 What has Gable got to do with the Chauvin trial?
1
@aliciahanna5088 It wouldn't matter if he used the gun or not. A criminal holding a gun poses a risk to officers therefore the suspect was neutralized.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Yes his choices led to his death. If he had just stopped and dropped the gun, he'd be alive today. Don't make excuses for a common criminal. Remember if you comply you will not die.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Agreed. We must agree to disagree.
1
@aliciahanna5088 Because manslaughter is different to murder. Murder carries the implication of pre thought and pre planning. Manslaughter is that you didn't mean to kill someone, but they died to your careless actions or inactions.
1
@aliciahanna5088 This lie has been ingrained into the minds of African American young men that the police are out to get them. The truth is that if they comply and are law abiding then they have no need to fear. Just comply and you will not die.
1
@moderndaydrifter4672 If it was me, I'd go to trial because my conscience would be clear. The system defends criminals these days.
1
The mother is clearly an idiot. If he hadn't stolen a car and ran away with a gun in his hand after being ordered multiple times to drop the weapon, he'd still be alive. In prison but alive. The mother is in denial knowing that her son was a criminal.
1
What blue privilege? The cop should have fought the charge because he's innocent. It was the criminal who was at fault.
1
He was justified in shooting the criminal. The criminal was armed and turned towards him. He had a split second to respond so therefore under the use of force policy, his actions were justified.
1
@thequieterubcomethemoreuhe1198 He had a gun in his hand and turned towards the officer before being shot. The chief believed he was following his training so there was no need for him to apologise. He apologized just to appease the family but even that didn't cut it. ;)
1
@thequieterubcomethemoreuhe1198 He was shot when he turned. The chief backed up the officer. He had nothing to answer. He pleaded guilty because his life were in the hands of a jury. Look what happened to Casey Anthony and Derek Chauvin. The juries got it wrong. It's better for him to get 18 months than to spend decades in prison as an innocent man.
1
It's too much. Officer is innocent.
1
@julielevinge266 Lethal force was justified in this case. When you have a armed criminal turn to you with a gun in their hand, you have a split second to react. According to the use of force parameters, it was reasonable for deadly force to be used in this case.
1
Lynn Sabinash Arnold Wrong way round. The criminal is dead and an innocent officer is going to jail for three years to appease BLM and Antifa.
1
Agreed. He should never have been charged as he is innocent.
1
He didn't murder anyone. He shot a criminal who had a gun in his hand and turned towards him. Stop defending criminals.
1
The officer is innocent. He shot a criminal.
1
@PringletheActor He took a plea deal so he wouldn't risk going to jail for a lengthy amount of time. The DA should never have charged him to begin with.
1
@PringletheActor The problem he's being judged by his peers and in the Casey Anthony case, they can get it wrong. So if some of the jurors have a low level IQ he could spend decades as an innocent man.
1
@PringletheActor Not quite. He was a felon, police officers don't let felons run away and hope to get them at a later date. The same excuse the defenders of Rashard Brooks said. They took an oath to uphold the law. He is tasked with bringing the felon. Further when the criminal turned towards the officer with gun in hand, the criminal signed his own death warrant.
