@carolfromalbertacanada Zion's testimony backs up with officer Dean stated. Watch his first testimony.

@carolfromalbertacanada No you don't want to accept the truth. Officer Dean's testimony aligns with Zion's initial testimony. A gun was pointed at him.
2
@_Its.Just.Felix_ He didn't break protocol. He was investigating the structure and while doing so a gun was pointed at him. He had the right to use deadly force. Give him probation.
2
He won't.
2
He wasn't gun ho. He saw a gun and responded with lethal force. He was justified to shoot.

@tommtoo She died because she pointed a gun at an officer. He was justified to use lethal force.
1
@tinadavis566 The prosecutor is an emotional idiot grasping at straws. This should never have been prosecuted. Officer Dean had the right to use deadly force once a gun was pointed at him.
1
@brbrknndy Incorrect. He was on an open structure call out as that is what the dispatcher had logged it as. While investigating the structure he noticed a gun pointed at him through a window. He neutralized the threat and had the right to do so.
1
@brbrknndy That's nonsense. The call was for an open structure. He had the right to investigate the structure. While doing what he was sent to do, a gun was pointed at him and he neutralized the threat. Once the homeowner pointed a gun at him, she signed her own death warrant.
1
@brbrknndy Officers are not required to announce on an open structure call out.
1
@england6013 No it wasn't!
1
@carolfromalbertacanada No it wasn't. This death came as a result of Tatiana pointing a gun at him.
1
@philpunch8982 He was found guilty to give the black community some semblance of justice. In reality he's innocent.
1
@lindafurr2404 He wasn't a prowler. She may have assumed he was a prowler. He was a police officer and once she pointed the gun at him, she signed her own death warrant. An officer is not required to wait to be shot to return fire. They will neutralize any threat they see. He saw a gun and fired.
1
@carolfromalbertacanada Nor will you ever change my mind. We agree to disagree.
1
Probation is appropriate in my opinion seeing he was justified to shoot.
1
No. the state is grasping at straws. Officer Dean had the right to use deadly force once Tatiana pointed a gun at him. Give him probation and community service.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ Incorrect. Listen to Zion's initial testimony. The aunt had the gun raised pointed at the window.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ He was on an open structure call out. His job was to investigate the structure. In the process of investigating the structure a gun was pointed at him. He had the right to shoot Tatiana.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ No you're wrong. He was in the process of investigating the structure when a gun was pointed at him. He had the right to use deadly force.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ That's incorrect. He was investigating the structure. That means all entry and exit points. Remember while investigating a gun was pointed at him and he shot. He was justified in shooting Atatiana.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ No this was a justified shooting.
1
@_Its.Just.Felix_ Yes sorry. :)

The prosecutor is an emotional idiot who is grasping at straws. This case should never have been brought to trial. Officer Dean was justified to use deadly force once a gun was pointed at him.
