  1. The shooting was justified so there's no need for her to be on trial. If deadly force was permitted because Daunte could have dragged the officers, then why is she on trial?

  2. The shooting was justified. The only 'mistake' she made was that she should have taken out her Glock and unloaded it into Daunte. The car was a weapon at the time the gun was discharged.
