It is very simple the Germanics could fight back the Roman invaders, France (Gaul) and Britain not. That means, Brits and Frenchies lost their identity. The Germanics kept the language. The major problem of later European conflicts is the first Franconian king, Clovis I (at 500 A0) who gained the reign over France/Gaul. The Franconians were pure Germanics and ruled the Gallo-Roman Frenchies. Till in our days the French elites could never forgive the Germans, that they were ruled till Boney III by Germanic kings and that their country received a Germanic name, La France, die Fränkische, the female Franconian. Another major fact is, France is a hexagon, 3 sides a coastline, 2 sides mountains, Pyrenees and the Alpes, the 6th the River Rhine. So, we see in 1.000 years wars aggression by the French and British warmonger's aggression against the continent.

@andrewwigglesworth3030 Sir, this might be not correct, ´The Brits talked Celtic before the Romans age as some Welsh still do it in our days. The Romans stayed for 400 years in Britain. After the Romans left, the Anglo-Saxon tribes infiltrated Britain in around hundred years. They talked Germanic dialects. After 1066, 200 Norman nobles replaced 3.000 Anglo-Saxon nobles. The Normans talked French. We do not know Richard Lionheart Plantagenet could talk in English at all. From our historical point of view there are some funny coincidences. The word City is Latin, Town Westphalian, it means Zaun (a fence around a settlement). The word Window is Westphalian, too, it means Windooch or Windeye, whereas the Germans say "Fenster", which is Latin and comes from fenestra. So we can dissect each word to analyse it's heritage.

Nice pictures in the docu, but the historical reporting is unfortunate and totally wrong. The christians were the antique communists, and the first christian emperor, Theodosius, burned public libraries, smashed thousends roman artificial statues and monopolized knowledge and science in the monasteries. With those measures Theodosius destroyed, as communists always do, the middle class, which could read and write in the Roman empire. The christians created directly the dark-ages. The light shined only for the churchmen and the noble elites, the major difference to the heathen empire. Another factor was the islamic conquer, which bottled Europe up from the silk street and the trading routes at the ports of the eastern meditterean. The Arabs made more than 1 Mio. Europeans (including Brits) to slaves. Timeline hired miserable script-writers, wasted money to mislead and disinform the consumer with bloody church-propaganda.

It is not enough to hire a pretty maid to moderate & narrate the documenation. The research for the script was not done with practical conclusion & a worked-out dedication. 1. The status of Helots, here to seperate between lakonian & messenian Helots, as slaves, is historically not solved. The documentation only serves a clichee. 2. The docu dodges the dark Bronze age. Spartans were Dorians, resulting from the Sea-People, in spite of the Archaic tribes Homer is telling us something about. The Spartian behaviour, that the nobles are fighting, is a very germanic attitude. 3. The Phalanx-story is not really explained. Hoplits used spears and mainly swords. The Phalanx, we talk about in our days, was introduced by the Macedonian king Philipp II (4th century), and his Phalanx did not used spears but lances. 4. The main aspect of the ultimate founding of Spartian culture is not mentioned in the documenation. It resulted from different kinds of hellenic philosophies. The cultural bang was the invention of money by the Phoenicians between 1100 & 700 a0. Plato is telling us, why the Spartians were so radical. Money stops the evolution & develops into degeneration. To stop this degeneration Spartian rules were so radical & the Spartians used very big coins for the daily business, but to avoid the big trading business, a kind of nationalsocialist society.
