  1. It is a very easy answer, the Entente powers are responsable for WWI. They broke the Berlin treaty of 1878.

  4.  @Justjunniee  Yes, really. The treaty regulated former Ottoman property Bosnia. The Serbs waged & won the economic pig-war about it https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_War_(1906%E2%80%931908), supported by Russia, which signed the Berlin-treaty, too. At this time the Russians were angry about high German protectiv duties for wheat & a closed Berlin exchange for the capital-demand of their rising Russian industrial revolution. So the Russians had to go to Paris (London was closed, too). After the Bolshevic revolution, the Russian bonds & stocks listed at the Paris-exchange were not worth the paper anymore. The outbreaking conflict between Serbia & Habsburg was a conscious break of the Treaty of Berlin by the Serbs, supported by Russia, supported by Britain & France. They all had signed the Treaty. They did not negotiate for a new treaty.
