  1. The German defeat is not to explain in a short video. By economic numbers the Germans had never the chance to win the world wars, they never wanted. Both world wars were declared by Entente-/Allied powers to annihilate the Germans. Hitler never played an eminent role in allied geo-political strategies. Paul Kennedy answered the question more precisely in his book "The Rise & the Fall of the Great Powers". He wrote, the Germans could withstand against an x-times superiority for such a long time, because the German soldier had the best education in soldiering & profession. You can follow this point that compulsory education was introduced in Britain around the 1880s for 4 years & more in 1914. The majour isolation of Germany was reasoned by the existance of the Sovietunion & not Russia. Who wants to be a friend & rely on Stalin? But we Germans have to thank Stalin that we survived. After the war the Iron Curtain fell very fast. The western Allies had planned to annihilate the Germans via the Morgenthau-plan, a holodomor. But hungry Germans would defect to Stalin to get food. Sometimes history is a perversion.
