  1.  @DrMewTube  Your courts have decided that the president is above the law. He can order what he likes because the court can't touch him. If it convicts anyone else, the president already has the power to pardon them instantly. So yes, the president is now an emperor. It's his will that counts whether you call it law or not.

I think you have a point that YouTube policy can be seen as more significant than the law, but bear in mind that it's built on top of the law, which in turn is based on the US constitution as its foundation. But YouTube has done some puzzling things ... like I used material marked Creative Commons and still got one of my videos blocked in the originating country.
