  1. Louisiana State Police is in a long overdue FEDERAL DOJ investigation for assaults during arrests, mainly (totally) against Blacks, in the North LA division in particular. On film: one death by cop, one severe beating by cop, for the crime of Being Black While Driving.

  2. I’m in a semi-rural area in the South; half the county Mounties (mostly older ones) are good as gold, and very helpful. They are true officers of the law. But …. The newbies are arrogant shitheads, almost without exception. I expect the locals will have the rotten apples pushed out within 5 years. Y’see, out here everybody has a shotgun for chicken hawks……..loaded literally with “hog shot” to stop feral wild hogs & coyotes.
